Nike Keep fit goes disco / electro with Simian Mobile DiscoSimian Mobile Disco have teamed up with Nike for a new exercise scheme. The trainer manufacturer is launching a training regime called Nike Plus, and the dance act have provided the soundtrack. The 30-minute piece, simply called 'Run', is designed to complement exercise. It begins at a tempo suitable for warming up, before speeding up for a running workout before slowing down again. The complete piece moves through speeds designed to keep the optimum bpm for runners. LCD Soundsystem produced a similar track called '45.33'. Both are available on iTunes now. |
