Poker Flat Launches 'Poker Flat Digital' |
|
Poker Flat going digitalThe Poker Flat posse may have seen the light, as it has recently been announced that 2009 will see the launch of a digital sub-label aptly carrying the surprising name Poker Flat Digital. The first release is expected to drop late February and will be a four-tracker by Tokyo's finest Ryo Murakami. More after the click.. Whereas pretty much every major dance label has already jumped on the bandwagon, the boys and girls over at Poker Flat have now decided to take a chance at the digital highway too. Each release on the new imprint will be accompanied by special artwork and will be distributed by the well known Kontor New Media organisation. Little information about future releases has been made available so far, but expect both established as new artists to drop their goods on the label. The talented Ryo Murakami, who recently surprised all of us with the brilliant Down The Sky EP, has the honour to kick off the label's journey with his new Delic EP, which contains four brand new tunes plus a bonus track.
