DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs 2008, The DJ's Have Spoken

The Worlds biggest DJ's have spoken and it's that time again for the DJ MAG Top 100. After trotting the globe and playing on every crevice of the planet the votes are in and you may be surprised, or not, where your favorite venue is in the mix. Coming in at #1 this year moving up 1 position to beat out Space is Fabric and some say it's no surprise. With nods all around to management and staff.

“The formula for Fabric’s success is that there is no formula,” believes Fabric music director and resident Craig Richards. “Everything is based on simplicity of approach. For a large venture, our success has been realized in a really understated and modest manner. We consistently present quality underground dance music with pride and confidence. That’s all we have ever done.”

“Fabric has pushed the whole thing to a much wider audience and broken a lot of acts and DJs that wouldn’t have had the stage to do so otherwise,” continues fellow resident Terry Francis. “For me, it’s the best club in the world from top to bottom.”

Rounding out the top 10 following Fabric (London, UK) and Space (Ibiza, Spain), Amnesia (Ibiza, Spain) The End (London, UK), Womb (Japan), Panorama Bar ( Berlin, Germany), Pacha (Ibiza, Spain), Guvernmen (Toronto, Canada), Warung (Itajai, Brazil) , and Watergate (Berlin, Germany)... and if you haven't been to these spots you better start planning your next adventure now!
